  Wonderful When I needed stuff for the room, staff was there staffed throughout. The whole resort was very polite and helpful.

  Very nice hotel but customer services needs to improve Very nice hotel and great location. The stay was comfortable but facilities such as swimming pool needs to be paid in addition to hotel fees.

  Nice hotel The hotel is nice and the location is perfect, the rooms decorated well but there is no coffee machine or water boiler and when I requested hot water cup they said they will charge me 9 $ for it. There is nothing in the toilet other the shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer and towels like any other 3 stars hotel. Usually 5 star hotel will put showers cap, cotton and Q tips, but nothing was there. Also No free water at all

  Personal wenn vorhanden freunlich und zuforkommend Zimmer nach Beschwerde erst nach 5 Tagen gereinigt. Mann muss jeden Tag bescheid geben wenn mann Bus 12 uhr nicht bescheid gibt keine Reinigung. Hotel liegt direkt an der Lande- bzw. Start- Bahn des Flughafen den ganzen Tag Flugzeug Lärm. Service im Casino wenn vorhanden sehr träge haben es in 15 Stunden 2 mal geschafft zu fragen nach Getränken. Keine Möglichkeit zu essen morgen mittag und arbens man muss auserhalb essen nichts da ( 29.12.25 hat ein Denis aufgemacht aber immer das selbe ). Resort free für dieses hotel völlig überhöht 46$ pro tag ohne jegliche Leistung im negativen Bereich beschrieben

  Il letto è comodo Per fortuna ho soggiornato solo una notte, c’è un via vai di gente. Non si capisce chi sono gli ospiti dell’hotel e chi quelli che vanno al casinò. Camere silenziose per fortuna, L’hotel ha bisogno di una sistemata perché è piuttosto datato
