Hotel Be Live Family Costa De Los Gigantes
Puerto de Santiago

"Family holiday."
There was 6 of us on this trip from 25/06/2018 - 02/07/2018. The overall lay out of this hotel is fantastic spread over a large area. There is lots going on at all levels the large main pool has a good bar, plays music most of the day plus games, quizzes, aerobics and is next door to a restaurant. The food in most of the restaurants are very good with a vast choice to please most people with wine and beer on tap. This hotel is great for children but not good if you are on your own you need to book up at the sister hotel down the road. Our apartment was C310 overlooking the smaller pool and bar with a great sea view. I am glad we paid the extra for this room with 2 flat screen tv with UK tv and lots more. There is a kettle and a coffee maker to keep you going plus a minibar or should be called microscopic for two people you get I beer, 1 coke and a bottle of water stocked up every 2 days. If you book for a week you can look forward to a Spa, Theme evening meal and a boat trip which I never got because they said I did not use there web site. The Spa was vey relaxing but the evening theme meal was rubbish poor quality food served hardly warm, salmon full of bones and fruit salad out of a tin, I told the waiter but nobody came to see me, plus loads of flies and birds flying around. If you need a supermarket there is one called Mercadona, you go out the front of the hotel turn left then right up a hill 5 minutes walk great supermarket. There is a car park at 5€ euros a night which is worth it because parking is at a premium. Room safe 3€ euros a night which I think should be free in this day and age. All in all a great family holiday had a great time with our grandchildren. Laurie and Linda. Tenerife Residents
