  Ubicación, vistas, limpieza y atención. El hotel está muy bien en general. La atención es muy buena. Lo único que no nos ha gustado es el desayuno. Tiene muy poca variedad y el café es malo. En cambio, para cenar bien.

  The staff were amazing not one of the them was rude they were always very helpful nothing was to much trouble and they were always happy and smiling. That is at the reception deck the food hall the bar and the room service. They were the 5 stars to us as we were thinking of going to check out. It didn?t help when other guests you spoke to said the same thing that they said this is NOT 5 stars. After 47 years of travelling we have never arrived at a hotel and wanted to turn around and go home. We booked a sea view and didn’t get one so we moved out straight away. We got our sea view but it was the size of shoe box. You couldn’t move past the end of the bed without bumping into it. The wardrobe was not enough for to peoples clothes as the fridge was in it. The pillows were awful wrong shape to big and puffy. I could hear word for word next doors tv and them talking in there room. I appreciate that you would hear them when on the balcony. I had a stool to sit on but no chair. We had two milks for a cup of tea each that’s one cup of tea each. Shower head was stuck in one position and you couldn’t adjust it and it wasn’t one that was fixed and was very small. I don’t think having a bath robe and slippers makes it 5 star. So once again we had to move. We are fun people and not old and boring and mix well with people and make friends easily and after all are years of travelling we have never had such an awful time.

  Todo estuvo genial El hotel está bien situado en una zona con playa de cantos rodados y con piscina que no se llena casi nunca. La comida muy bien elaborada y la atencion del personal fabulosa!!!

  Value for money The hotel may need a few upgrades here and there, but in general, nothing to complain about. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast with a good variety. Being set on a hill can have it's disadvantages

  location, type of hotel, staff quiet, Seafront hotel, outside of the main popular area of Madeira but better for someone who wants quiet and peaceful place to stay and relax.
