- This event hotel is set amidst a 90,000m² green area. It features a 42-metre-high event pyramid and extensive conference facilities.

- Guests arriving from the motorway (A1) should exit at SCS/Brunn am Gebirge, then follow Perchtoldsdorfer Strasse until Brunner Strasse and then turn right into Parkallee. Those coming from the motorways (A2 and A4) should exit at SCS/Mödling, then follow Triester Strasse, turn left into Brunner Strasse and left again into Parkallee.
