We were given an upgrade on checking in. The room with the view of the river was great but a bit noisy. Dinner at the Toro Toro restaurant was delicious but very expensive. Main course and a bottle of wine for two was US 445. This hotel is very big so some aspect is impersonal. Our room was not made up until we told concierge when we went out for dinner. We just wanted the room to be cleaned and bed made up. We do not need bedsheets or towels to be changed everyday. The previous occupier left the safe locked. We told the front desk and it took them two attempts by two different people to sort it out.

Muy bueno y todo cerca Buena ubicación y personal amable. Es verdad que el parking es adicional, pero es algo que te avisan desde un inicio. Por la ubicación y habitación, todo perfecto y genial.

Los Servicios Nos gusto la ubicación, nos gusto el servicio y atención brindada, el lugar es sencillo pero tiene lo básico y esencial para un par de noches de estadía.
Only location. Apart from the location this is probably the worst hotel I have aver stayed in. Can only be described as an overpriced dump. Disgusting rooms, decor, and very very dirty and soiled.

La atención del personal es lo rescatable del hotel. Hotel antiguo, no se puede estar tomando desayuno en la recepción, en el fondo es un Hostal.
Difficulty with air conditioning I couldn't switch off the air condition. It started to work suddenly in the middle of the night, very cold and very strong ventilation but there was no way to switch it off. On top, when you stand up immediately the lights go on and you wake up the rest of people... Otherwise great location, all clean and modern.
