The keys to your holiday home can be picked up at the holiday village between 16:00 and 18:00
If you are due to arrive outside of these times, please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation
Heating and electricity is provided at an additional cost and this cost must be paid on departure
A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
