Please note that:
A security deposit of 500 EUR for incidentals needs to be paid at arrival
This deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after check-out, minus any deductions for energy consumption and any damage caused to the accommodation
Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate
Guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of per person per stay
Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure or within 3 weeks after check-out
Up to 2 pets are allowed
